Wicked: For Good Movie Review

Wicked: For Good is a strange combination. On the one hand, it has some great characters, great character relationships, heartfelt songs, and good performances. Dune Part 2 Movie Review

Streamlined, simpler, but because of that meatier than the first, Part 2 will leave you in awe as well as afraid. Come for the amazing special effects. Stay for the characters communicating complex ideas. It’s not my favorite ever, but it is much better than Part 1.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Movie Review

The most amazing part of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is not the special effects, but that these special effects are wrapped around the heartbreakingly interesting story of one of the best Science Fiction movies of all time.

Dune Movie Review

Overall, this was a huge disappointment for me. It was beautiful. But it was surprisingly empty spectacle, especially for a director who is capable of more.
